Taught by Pit fight team member Xander Innes, this class is for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to advance their skills. In this program, you'll learn the basics of striking, grappling, and overall MMA technique.
Classes are 60 minutes long and include everything from bag work, mitts & paddles, to practicing takedowns and live sparring. Depending on your level of experience, Xander will make sure this class suits your needs. This program Includes both students who just began their training journey, as well as members who have been training for years.
And don't worry - if it's your first time, we have boxing gloves for you to borrow! If you decide this class is for you, Xander will walk you through which additional equipment you'll need to get the full class experience.
