In Fitness Kickboxing, you'll learn from the best, including head instructor and UFC Veteran, Antonio Banuelos. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get healthy, build muscle, cross-train, or prepare for a competitive athletic event, our Fitness Kickboxing is a total body training program that incorporates cardio and strength & conditioning. This class is made to help you reach top physical shape while learning proper kickboxing technique in a fun and diverse environment.
Bring a water bottle and prepare to sweat! These workouts are fast paced, fun, and designed to help you get in shape and gain energy, confidence, and happiness. Classes will incorporate bag work, plyometrics, mitts, and weights. Classes are 60 minutes long and we recommend you wear comfortable, athletic attire that is easy to move in because these workouts will keep you on your toes! And don't worry - if it's your first time, we have boxing gloves for you to borrow. If you'd like to get your own pair, feel free to ask your instructor for recommendations.
