We know that starting your journey at a fight gym can be intimidating. We designed this all-female kickboxing class, taught by Pit instructor Tatum Garza, specifically for women to get their foot in the door and gain the confidence to start their training or fitness journey!
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get healthy, meet friends, build muscle, or cross-train, our Women's Fitness Kickboxing is a total body workout that incorporates cardio, plyometrics, and strength & conditioning. This class is made to help you reach top physical shape while learning proper kickboxing technique in a female-friendly environment.
Classes are 60 minutes long and begin with a warm-up & stretching and then we move on to bag work. We then like to mix things up and incorporate everything from mitts, paddles, & kicking shields, to weights, arms, and ab circuits.
Bring a water bottle and prepare to sweat! And don't worry - if it's your first time, we have boxing gloves for you to borrow!
